Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup in Ankeny, IA (411 SW Ordnance Rd) or to provide mailing instructions for USPS drop-off from anywhere in the USA.
To reserve your order, pay the $25 initial fee via PayPal (credit/debit accepted). Any optional services and additional-photo charges will be invoiced and payable by PayPal before we release your originals or digital files.
